Overview
'Yoga for Life’ is both the name and philosophy of our comprehensive yoga retreat in Thailand. In embarking on this programme, your practice will unlock many physical, mental and spiritual benefits, including:

We ensure beginners start their journey well and that those who wish to refine their knowledge can learn advanced dimensions such as Meditation and Ayurvedic cleansing techniques. The experienced instructors will guide you through Yoga sessions that suit your level of ability and deepen the connection between your mind, body and spirit.
- OCEAN ROOMS – The ocean rooms are calming, each with a private balcony or terrace overlooking the ocean.
- OCEAN DELUXE ROOMS – The Ocean Deluxe Room is defined by its blissful character and spacious proportions. A separate bathroom, dressing room and terrace create the ambience of a suite.
- ANCHAN ROOMS – The Anchan Room offers generous space internally and vast views from its large outdoor terrace. It brings real comfort, and its peaceful decor inspires a sense of deep relaxation.
- THAI PAVILIONS – The pavilions offer the most Zen and private of settings, surrounded by verdant nature. Each features an expanded ensuite and walk-in closet, ideal for longer stays.
- THAI PAVILION SUITES – The pavilion suites allow both indoor and outdoor living, with an al fresco sala for tranquil lounging and a kitchen where a personal chef can create a meal for you.
- GOLDEN BO SUITE – Adorned with Thai silk, teak, and bamboo, the Golden Bo Suite envelops you in authentic Thai ambience. This indulgent Suite offers a large separate living room, dressing room, dining room, a private upstairs sun terrace with daybeds, and a shaded terrace with stair access to the swimming pool.
- LEELAWADEE SUITE – In our largest and most exclusive Suite, guests experience the true ‘Haven of Life’. This luxurious sanctuary offers spacious living and dining areas, two bathrooms with three toilets and a sumptuous bedroom with dressing area. Its private outside space comprises a charming terrace with a Jacuzzi and a lush tranquil garden.
